Q: What do you need from me to complete auto detailing service at my location?
A: All we need is access to an electric outlet within 100 ft to complete a licensed, professional auto detail at your desired location.
Q: How often should I have my car detailed?
A: We recommend a full detail once every three months. This will keep your vehicle in showroom condition and protected from the weather throughout the year.
Q: My car is basically brand new. Why should I have it detailed?
A: When you purchase a new car from a dealership, you might hear them say “we’ll clean it up for you before you drive off.” The vehicle prep team at these dealerships often wash your new car improperly, using dirty sponges/brushes that will only leave your new paint swirled and scratched. Also, most dealerships offer no protective coating to the vehicle’s paintwork, which means your new car is much more likely to get harmed by the elements.
Q: My car is a lease, should I have it detailed?
A: Absolutely- the better your car’s appearance and condition, the better trade value you will get on your car, and the less they will charge you for reconditioning the car.
Q: How long does a detail usually take?
A: Depending on the package you choose, a full detail can take from 2 to 12 hours. Quality is the key, and we don’t leave until your vehicle meets our strict quality standards.
Q: What can I expect after I make an appointment?
A: After you make your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. One day before your appointment, our detail technician will call or text you to remind you. Once the technician arrives he will walk with you around your vehicle, inspecting and documenting to determine what is needed to bring your vehicle back to showroom condition. Once this is complete the technician will take your keys and proceed with the detail you have ordered. The technician will bag up any remaining personal items left in your vehicle and leave them in the trunk or rear cargo area of your vehicle. Once the detail is complete the technician will once again walk with you around the vehicle, explaining what steps were taken in the detailing process to make your vehicle look like new.
Q: What area does Showroom 1 cover?
A: We cover the Metrowest Massachusetts area – Medway, Franklin, Millis, Medfield, Norfolk, Holliston – but travel to all parts of MA. Additional charges may apply for locations over 25 miles out of the Metrowest region.
Q: Can you come to my work to detail my car?
A: Yes, we frequently come to offices and work places to detail cars and trucks. All we need is access to electricity and an OK to work in the parking lot. We do suggest that you inquire with the property owner if it is acceptable for you to receive a licensed auto detail service on their property.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Q: Are there special discounts for multiple vehicles?
A: Discounts can be arranged on a case by case basis. For instance, we would be happy to discount multiple vehicles at the same location at the same time if each are at least average or better condition. A group rate such as an office location with multiple vehicles can be arranged where everyone saves.
